AI that acts
Your cameras record the theft. Escudai reacts while it's happening.
A small box that adds AI to the cameras you already have. After closing, when a person walks onto your lot, a strobe fires, a voice warning plays in English and Spanish, and a photo reaches your phone within seconds.
Free for 30 days. If you don't keep it, the installer takes it out at no cost.
For outdoor lots that close at night: boat and RV storage, self-storage, marinas, equipment and trailer lots.
The problem
By morning, the motor is gone.
Most lots already have cameras. They help with the police report the next morning, but nothing reacts while someone is unbolting an outboard at 2 a.m. Live monitoring helps, but it's priced per camera and costs more than many independent lots can justify.

How it works
From someone on the lot to a warning, in seconds
Escudai connects to your existing camera recorder. You choose your closing hours. Outside them, it watches for people, not animals, cars or rain, and reacts on the spot.
Detect
After closing, the box watches your camera feeds for a person on the lot.
SecondsDeter
A bright strobe fires and a recorded warning plays in English and Spanish, so they know they've been seen.
On the lotAlert
A photo of who's on the lot goes to your phone, so you decide whether to call the sheriff.
On your phoneReport
Each month you get one page: nights watched, people detected, and every false alarm we found and fixed.
MonthlyFree 30-day pilot
Try it on your own cameras first
We're running a small number of free pilots with licensed installers. The first week is quiet while we tune it to your lot. Then it runs live for three weeks. At the end you keep it at a monthly price, or the installer takes everything out at no cost.
For lot owners
Have cameras, but nothing happens at 2 a.m.?
- An outdoor lot that's empty or locked at night
- Working cameras already installed
- You want to see the results before paying anything
For licensed installers
Monthly income from sites you already serve
- Paid labour on every install, plus a share of the monthly fee for as long as the site keeps it
- One visit on site. We do setup, tuning and support remotely, so there's no monitoring centre to run
- Works next to the camera brands you already sell

Questions owners ask
Straight answers
If yours isn't here, email us.
Do I need new cameras?
Usually not. Escudai works with the camera streams most recorders already provide. Before a pilot, the installer checks that your cameras are a fit. If a spot has no coverage, they can quote that separately.
Will it go off on my staff or tenants?
It only reacts outside the hours you set, and only to people. If tenants or staff come in at night, tell us before the pilot: that changes the setup, and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
What about animals, cars and Florida storms?
It looks for people, not motion. Every site gets a quiet first week of tuning, and every false alarm is listed in your monthly report with what we changed.
Who installs it?
A Florida-licensed contractor, in one visit. We handle setup, tuning and support remotely, and the installer handles anything that needs hands on site.
Where does my video go?
It stays on your recorder, on your site. Only alert photos and short event clips are sent, never round-the-clock video and never audio.
Is there a long contract?
No. After the pilot it's month to month. Terms are agreed with you in writing before anything is installed.
